This Wheel of Life is a simple exercise that will give you a 30,000-foot view of where your life is in-and-out of balance. There are eight sections in the Wheel of Life that represent that balance. Feel free to replace any area with something more relevant to you.
Regarding the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, 10 being the most balance and satisfaction possible and 0 being the least. Rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge (see example on the document).
The new perimeter of the circle represents the Wheel of Life.
-How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel?
-Where is your life out-of-balance?
-What is that distortion costing you?
-What steps can you take to correct that distortion?
-What support do you need to bring balance to your life?
