Mentorship and advisory services are very different from coaching partnerships. The former tends to be more about the coach and their wisdom, life experiences, recommendations, and more. The client in a mentoring relationship is the student, and the coach is the teacher.
In a coaching relationship, the conversation is always about the client — their goals, dreams, problems, solutions, and definitions of success for their own life.
Mentorship conversations are on an as-needed basis and can be scheduled as stand-alone conversations. Coaching is a partnership with a minimum commitment of at least 6 months, with 12 months being preferred. MENTORSHIP & ADVISORY CONVERSATIONS ARE A GREAT INVESTMENT FOR:
- Immediate or imminent challenges
- Thought-provoking conversations that create solutions
- Ideation
- Creative Brain-dumping
- Questions that tap into my business experience as an officer/executive with 30+ years in leadership roles
- Individual problems that can be quickly resolved
- Someone to listen and advise
- Support and encouragement. I am a relentless optimist, and I believe in you!
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MENTORING, HERE IS THE STRUCTURE:
-
Mentoring conversations are individual appointments and can be scheduled as frequently as needed.
-
Appointments are in increments of:
-
30 minutes ($250)
-
1 hour ($500)
-
Please note: These conversations are best utilized for one-off situations or problems, requiring an immediate response or action on your part. For longer term or more complex goals or challenges, investing in a coaching package is likely a better choice.
